I've decided that weekends are for long distance runs, so no Kenpo-X for me today. I think I'm going to be moving Kenpo-X to Tuesday nights, in place of Plyometrics. Plyo just kills my legs for too long.
Otherwise, I'm wore slam out this week. I'm hoping it gets better next week.

You wonder if you shouldn't keep plyo on for Saturdays and just put it in the "If I'm feeling great" category. I think other than the legs it does alot for the core. Plus you shouldn't have anything to do on Sunday other than rest/stretch since that isn't a running day either so you might be able to use that break to get along.
ReplyDeleteBut you gotta make sure you don't injure yourself or burnout. 1/2 Marathon is goal 1, P90x is goal 2 if I'm reading everything right.
You'll like Kenpo. It's fun.
