After nearly injuring myself trying to p90x and marathon training I quit the p90x.
Well, I've backed away from the marathon training and am only running 10 - 15 miles per week. Now I can concentrate on strength and core training. Bring it back to P90X.
I've done days 1-4 so far. And man am I feeling it. So much so right now that I can not even type. I will post my before pictures soon.
